Use this everytime I travel out of O'Hare on family vacations. The valet service is nice since your car is waiting curbside right where you get off the shuttle.
Pros: Easy and one of the least expensive options. Cons: Thrifty shuttle bus doesn't seem to run as often as the other car rental companies.

Used their parking Feb 22-25, 2008. Shuttle going to O'hare was great. The return from O'Hare was awful. Could NOT get anyone to answer the phone at Thrifty. Tried for 40 minutes. Finally had to take a taxi to Thrifty at a cost of $20. John, the manager said he couldn't hear the phone ringing since he was plowing snow. Long story short, they would not reimburse me for the cab even though they recognized they were at fault. Good parking, but not cheap after you factor in the $20 cab fare! Would not use ever again. Pros: Good parking. Cons: Return shuttle non-existant!
