Slow shuttles. Rude, surly, borderline-hateful customer service. Never enough spaces (twice, they've tried to charge me the higher rate for covered parking, then assigned uncovered parking in a muddy field because no covered, paved spots were available.) And last time, my car got keyed while parked in their lot. Their rates are among the cheapest, but I see why. You get what you pay for. Parking Spot, I'm finished with you... you have permanently lost a good customer.

I find the review above hard to believe. The service I encountered was great, shuttles were right there waiting for me when I got in from a trip, the driver helped me out with my luggage and was very sincere and sweet. To top it off I was offered a bottle of water and a newspaper at exit, very good customer service!

I too find the bad review hard to believe. I have used this "SPOT" several times a year for 5 years and have always received excellent service. The buses are always right there, usually before I can even exit my car, and the drivers always help me with my luggage. One time in 5 years I received terrible service from a disgruntled employee and I went to the office and reported her and she was fired immediatly. I know because I checked when I parked there the very next week. So if you have any complaints about the employees be sure to go to the office and talk to the manager, because this is generally a great place to park.
