Last time I used Avistar Laguardia, we had to wait 45 minutes for their shuttle to arrive. Everytime we called there was a different nonsensical excuse. Never again!!

At 1am we had to wait, along with 30 other people, for over an hour, just to get our car that was not 100ft away in the parking lot. This people had no idea what they were doing! They had lost keys, blocked cars in with six other cars, they had no records of the locations of the cars...it was something out of a bad movie!!! DO NOT go here! You are better off with a cab no matter what the circumstance!! We were never given the keys to our car, we had to go get it out of the lot ourselves!!!! Pros: NONE!!! Cons: EVERYTHING!!! Employees don't speak English, have no idea where the cars are, they are understaffed, they make you pay and then wait for HOURS!!! STAY AWAY!!! HORRIBLE!!!

I parked my year old car at Avistar for a week and when I picked it up the car was damaged. The exhaust pipe was pushed up and stuck which caused the bumper to be melted where the end of the exhaust pipe touched it. There were white stains on the hood that have never completely disappeared. The service was rude and lousy. Pros: NONE!!!! Cons: EVERYTHING!!!! A Damaged Vehicle. Rude and Lousy Service

I've used Avistar numerous times and they are very efficient and relatively inexpensive. I can't understand why there are such negative reviews on this site, but I have always been very satisfied and I am not easily pleased! Pros: Quick shuttle to and from airport. Helpful and polite employees. Cons: None
