PreFlight RDU is wonderful. Arriving at 4:30 am, I just knew I would be sitting alone, in my car waiting for the shuttle, total opposite. The shuttle was already there before I even parked! Quick, helpful and friendly! Returning was just the same, warm and wonderful staff! I highly recommend taking advantage of their on-line coupons from their website. $5/day!

I have used both I-40 & Pre-flight & found Pre-flight to be much better. Rates are the same,(get coupons from web site for $6/day). Shuttles are more numerous & delivery & pick-up are much faster. Pros: Better & faster service.
